Method #1 :

 

Insert a sim card from a different carrier and connect your phone to Wi-Fi to finish the unlock process.

Method #2 :

 

Step 1: Remove your Old SIM card and insert the new non-accepted sim-card, then connect your iPhone with iTunes.
            -Open iTunes on a computer that’s connected to the Internet
Step 2: Launch iTunes (if it does not open automatically). 
             Unlocking requires restoring factory settings. We recommend that
             you initially synchronize your data.
Step 3: Then click on the button "restore" 
Step 4: To the question "do you want to save the parameters of the iPhone": 
             Click on the button "save" 
Step 5: Let the restoration unfold
Step 6: Finally, click on the "Finish" button

Congratulations!
Your iPhone should be unlocked now and should have network signals with new sim-card.

Method #3 :

1) Remove your Old SIM card and insert the new non-accepted sim-card.
2) Wait until iPhone goes back to setup wizard.
2) Set up your iPhone again.
3) If iPhone do not ask for setup again, then restart your iPhone.
 
Congratulations!
Your iPhone should be unlocked now and should have  network signals with new sim-card.
